After arriving at the Srinagar International Airport, enjoy a 35 minutes drive to Srinagar. On arriving at the hotel, check-in and relax for some time. In the afternoon, you can indulge in some shopping and personal activities. Enjoy a refreshing Shikara ride on the famous Dal Lake. After this, proceed to stay at the houseboat in Srinagar.
Relish a delicious breakfast at the hotel and then journey towards Sonmarg. Sonmarg or Meadow of Gold is home to some mesmerizing peaks like Amarnath Peak, Kolhoi Peak and Sirbal Peak. After a fun-filled day in the beautiful Sonmarg, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.
On this day, early in the morning, start your journey towards Pahalgam, the valley of shepherds. En route, visit the ruins of Awantipora, a home to a number of ancient temples. The temple sites are maintained by the Archeological Survey of India. On arriving Pahalgam, enjoy the spectacular surroundings. You can also take a walk to Baisaren a petite village nestled amidst the pine and fir forest, and situated just about 2 km from Pahalgam. Rest for a while in Baisaren and then journey to Aru Valley and Chandanwari by car at your own cost. Catch a glimpse of the scenic surroundings and campsites in Aru Valley. You can witness Hagan or Betaab Valley on the way to Chandanwari. In the evening, return to the hotel in Pahalgam for your overnight stay.
After enjoying delicious breakfast at the hotel, spend the day at leisure in Pahalgam. You can visit Pahalgam's popular destinations like Betaab Valley, Mamal Temple, Sheshnag Lake, Lidder Amusement Park and Pahalgam Park (leisure activities are not included in the package). After breakfast travel to the beautiful Gulmarg (Meadow of Flowers). Enjoy the picturesque surroundings of Kongdori on a cable car ride (cost of cable car excluded). In the evening, enjoy a scrumptious dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at the hotel in Gulmarg.
After an early morning breakfast, proceed towards Srinagar. On arrival, check in to your pre-booked hotels. After resting for a while, get set for a local sightseeing tour of Srinagar. You will visit Hazratbal Shrine, Khanqah-e-Moula and Mughal Gardens like Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. These gardens sit on the banks of Dal Lake with Zabarwan Range. The distance from Srinagar to the said gardens is about 13 and 15 kms, respectively. En route, visit the carpet weaving factory. After a fun-day, relish a delicious dinner and overnight stay in the hotel in Srinagar.
After breakfast, head to Srinagar International Airport and enjoy your journey back home.
