Booking Procedure

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment.

• 30% advance payment is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining 70% balance amount must be paid at least 45 days before the tour departure date.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Standard hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00 Noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be provided subject to hotel availability and approval.

Tour & Travel Guidelines

• Package rates include only the services and inclusions specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
• Travel duration between cities and sightseeing locations may vary depending on traffic, road conditions, and refreshment breaks during the journey.
• Any increase in taxes, fuel prices, airfare, transportation costs, or changes in Government of India / RBI regulations may lead to revisions in the tour price.
• Visits to selected monuments may involve the use of approved public transportation facilities as per local regulations.
• Package costs are based on leisure travel rates. Additional business, corporate, or conference-related activities may incur extra charges.
• If the proposed hotel is unavailable at the time of booking, an alternate hotel or room category will be arranged. Any price difference will be informed accordingly.
• Smoking in public places is prohibited in India, including restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, pubs, and open public areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking zones or approved smoking rooms where available.

Payment Procedure

Payments should be completed through Bank Transfer within the specified payment timeline provided by the company.

Liability

Tour prices are subject to change if transport providers, hotels, or service partners revise their rates before the tour begins.

Ima Holiday acts solely as a travel facilitator for transportation, accommodation, and related travel services. While every booking is managed with care and professionalism, the company shall not be held responsible for any accident, loss, delay, damage, inconvenience, or unforeseen changes arising from circumstances beyond its control.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are to be communicated in writing, & will attract a sum of USD 100.00 minimum. Beside the forfeiture of the deposit amount, a further charge will be levied if notice of cancellation is received within 15 days prior to the operation of the booked tour as per the following.
